Ludivine Blais (M.Ed)

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Why did I become a therapist?

As a trans-racial adoptee I never looked like my white parents. With it came with questions about identity, origin, if I deserved being a part of my family.

I became a therapist to better understand myself as well as use what I learned (lived and academic) to support others asking themselves similar questions: Am I enough? Do I belong? Who am I if my story has no clear beginning?

While working with clients I practice values that I would want for myself in a therapist: Transparency, honesty and a collaborative partner to work stuff out.

Life outside of work

When not working with clients, I am the proud mother of two cats (whom you’ll maybe see in sessions if you allow) and an artist who participates in community local markets.
