Featured Session Types
The initial 20 minute meet and greet to see if I am the right therapist for you.
Weekly sessions are recommended at first. Once things stabilize and we start building a therapeutic alliance, skills and understanding, sessions become less frequent to reflect your needs.
These sessions are meant for conflict resolution, skill building and maintenance. Here we will be returning to the basics to then build back up with a solid foundation.
